Former New York Giants Player turned television personality Michael Strahan, still tries to stay in NFL shape with the help of trainer Latreal Mitchell.
Mitchell is a celebrity trainer, columnist for Good Housekeeping and runs Fitness Bunch Foundation, a nonprofit working to fight childhood obesity, according to her website. She also has a spot as a trainer on Khloe Kardashian’s TV show “Revenge Body,” where she helps regular people achieve their fitness goals.
She recently stopped by the set of “Good Morning America,” to share some of Strahan’s favorite moves, and her top exercises for a full body workout.
