Washington’s football team quarterback Kirk Cousins threw one of his most life-changing passes on Friday. He and his wife Julie announced the sex of their baby via Instagram when he threw a football into a big question mark, revealing a burst of blue powder signaling the couple is having a baby boy.

Cousins’ foray into fatherhood is just one of the NFL offseason displays of parenting (or almost parenting) on social media.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo made his grand entrance to the world of Instagram with a video of his two sons following in his footsteps by playing some football.

The offseason has been full of family fun (and fancy footwork on “Dancing With the Stars”) for Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown. His four children showed off some smiles and dance moves on the wing of a small plane.

Seattle Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman’s son also showed off his dancing on Instagram, hopping around at a Disney park as his baller dad got it on tape.

My main man got moves! 🤣😂🤣
