Undefeated British boxer Anthony Joshua is no stranger to success.

The 2012 super heavyweight olympic gold medalist, and British GQ’s 2016 sportsman of the year is not slowing down. Joshua is prepping for the “biggest fight in British boxing history,” according to GQ. He will fight Wladimir Klitschko on April 29 in famed Wembley Stadium in London for the World Boxing Association Super and International Boxing Organization heavyweight titles.

Joshua is also the cover star of the April 2017 issue of British GQ. In the interview he comes across confident about knocking out Klitschko.

“It won’t be quick… It will take time because he is so experienced and he isn’t easy to hit,” Joshua told GQ. “But I will find my opportunity and I will take it.”

In the past the boxer, Olympian and father has been known for training hard. The Daily Mail quotes Joshua saying this about his 2016 fight against Eric Molina:

“I had 98 days in camp, 392 organic meals, 28 physio sessions, 210 protein shakes and 420 litres of water. I did 350km of interval training, 42 strength training sessions, and had 98 fish oils. I had acupuncture – 950 needles in my body, did 660 rounds of sparring and 210 miles of running.”

This time around he is sharing his training process on social media. Check out some of Joshua’s top viewed workouts on Instagram and how you can train like a champion too.
